Hello, I have started using my S8 Autoset II after many years, approx 12. In the past I could not tolerate it without Ambien or something similar, as I had quite a bit of insomnia at the time. I logged about 800 hrs and gave up. But times are changed, and I started using it. And it is helping a lot....
