This is a topic that I had made a while back. I do believe sleep apnea can be a cause to panic attacks, excessive anxiety and depression. Hopefully my story helps.

Hello All! I hope this topic was not covered already but I am curious what the best solution for hose management would be recommended? I believe I have to down to a CPAP pillow or a hose holder/pole. There is a price difference so I want to make the best purchase. Does either help with leaks as well...

Symptoms during the day mostly at work include extensive nervousness which feels like low concentration, tiredness some social anxiety. The depression had gotten a little better. Low to no sexual desire which is frustrating. But what stands out like I mentioned is that none of these symptoms existed...

Pugsy, thank you! I will work on posting all this info this evening after work. I appreciate any and all information I can receive. It has been a long 4 months since that episode and all I really want is to get back to myself. Actually a better person with better sleep! Without all these medications...
