I use P30i with large nasal pillows. I will trade the Medium and/or Small ones in the package for Large pillows. I have 2 of each to trade right now.
My Insurance gives me two per year but I want to trade out the nasal pillow portion more often than that.

You can but an adapter and clean the mask and tubing in the soclean 2 without connecting it to you dreamstation 2 and void the warranty. You just need to disconnect the tubing and hook it to the adapter. So clean manual says clean with a damp cloth. I would use a clorox wipe and leave it open to dry...
