Got it.
The vent blows air directly outward and it touches my hands when I sleep on the side, right near my face. When I sleep on my back, regardless of where the tube is, it blows air straight up and it basically feels like it’s touching my face.
This mask sucks.

Respironics nasal pillow: how to redirect the air?
I just got these nasal pillows and it’s working better than my old nasal mask but the air flow out of the vent is cold and it’s all over my face. I can’t deal with it. How do I redirect the air?

Is my 3B Medical Luna II CPAP broken?

But if I remove the tube from the CPAP, there's air coming out of the machine. What do I do? I tried unpluggin...

Re: CPAP: can it help reduce excessive yawning?
OP here. The equipment vendor selected this machine for me without asking me for my choice. Typical. I did all this reading about different machines for nothing. I don't think I can easily convince them or the insurance co. to cover an exchange. Note, I didn't pay anything for the machine or the nas...

It might be a record. sadly, your dme will mostly not have set your machine up correctly. This is what the machine says. It’s a Luna 2. Ramp 10min M...

CPAP: can it help reduce excessive yawning?
I’ve been yawning excessively for about five months. It could be related to some meds I take and/or my sleep apnea which is mild. I started using an oral device but got vicious jaw muscle pain so I started using a CPAP yesterday. Will a CPAP potentially help reduce my yawning? I sure hope so.
