Re: Bleep short expiry date
Yes I am very happy with it too, although they are quite a significant cost to me. That's why I bought in bulk to save on shipping to Australia too. Only thing I can think of that can "go bad" may be the adhesive. They could have been in storage in a warehouse for some time (guessing from nearing ex...

Re: Bleep short expiry date
yeah I wonder too. Maybe the degradation of adhesive?
I mean the expiration date is there for a reason? Not sure, that's why I asked.

Bleep short expiry date
Just bought and received 9 months supply of Bleep Dreamports from Amazon and noticed they are all expiring in 3 months. Should I return?
Does anyone know how long is the expiry date from the manufacturing date?

Re: Low AHI, but is my breathing normal?
Thanks for all your reply. Here's some zoom-ins. For the PS level, I have tried all from 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1. I thought I remember watching Jason's youtube video about making the PS level small but I don't remember the reason. I don't feel any difference in comfort for different PS levels and they didn...

Low AHI, but is my breathing normal?
After using a cervical collar in combination with bleep mask, I have consistently low AHI (never above 1.0) but looking at the OSCAR flow rate graph, there are so many "spikes" in the breathing pattern? I see this spikes pattern every night and the attached screenshot is one example. Does anyone kno...

I am using Resmed and set the time of the machine 6 hours backward to avoid my sleep record split into two days.

Re: New, Severe, Really Concerned
I am new myself but the leak rate seems to be quite high? Does your mask fit ok? May have to tighten a bit?

Re: OSCAR v1.1.0 is now Released!!
The way antivirus works is by comparing any downloaded files against BOTH a known virus signatures database and a known safe files database (to detect zero-day virus which is not in the known virus signatures database yet). This is one part of the Heuristic analysis used by antivirus programs for a ...

Re: Do I need a BiPaP
Thanks for your replies. Who knows sleep as a basic human need can be so complicated and comes with so many problems. secondwindcpap is where I am comparing the prices from, Airsense 10 autoset is 429 and aircurve 10 Vauto is 799, both gently used. Converted the difference is around AUD600 which is ...

Re: Eye Masks...
I've tried many eye masks due to being very sensitive to lights but none of them stayed in place. After years of buying countless different eye maks to try I came up with an idea of just using a black tshirt to cover my eyes and it has worked perfectly for me. Complete coverage of eyes with no light...

Re: Do I need a BiPaP
The other main culprit for increased pressure needs is REM stage sleep but normally REM doesn't happen so soon after sleep onset and it doesn't last that long either which is why I didn't mention it. Yes, the increased pressure needs always appeared not long after sleep. deally you would have a mac...

Re: Do I need a BiPaP
How much do you think sleeping position may have played a part in those higher pressure needs? Any chance you were on your back when it was maxed out for a prolonged period of time in that first report? I will be always (at least mostly) on my back I think, tried sleeping on the side but never work...

Re: OSCAR v1.1.0 is now Released!!
I never doubted the OSCAR installation file. Downloaded it myself from the official link. Was just mentioning that it got flagged, and I know the exact reason it got flagged (being very new in their virus database). Norton warned about the installation and later blocked it from running, I have to ex...
