Re: help with pressure and charts (UARS)
I changed the leak graph and attached it. Does that help? No particular reason - the doctor had it set at 7-12 and I have been going up in pressure myself. What do you think I should set the min and max at? I do wake up with a very dry mouth and am drooling a lot. maybe I should tape my mouth as well?

Have just started at the 11 cause I wasn't feeling better with the lower pressures. I am so confused Th...

Re: UARS/TMJ/LPR help
oh wow that actually helps alot! Do you think LPR could be a sole cause of UARS/ apnea in your opinion? all is the heart racing and tightness in chest normal for people like us?

Re: UARS/TMJ/LPR help
I think that this is my problem I’m not able to understand how to read the graph and how to know if I’m hitting my max enough or not? I’m also wondering if it’s possible at all that my LPR is the cause of all my UARS? My latest sleep study said I had mild apnea but my doctor still suspects something...

Hi All So since I have been feeling a bit bitter on a pressure of 8 (even thought still feel I need more) I decided to tape down my Nexium dose about a few nights ago. So I am on my third day with the pressure bumped up to 8. While I felt horrible on 7 so far my headaches have gone down tremendously on 8. Hi Nee
Here is a picture of my guard! I think it should be fine right? Maybe I am being extra sensitive to when I am clenching.
