Re: Possible Complex sleep apnea?
So I noticed something last night. I guess I was awake enough to figure out what was going on. I woke up with a dry mouth last night. Obviously mouth breathing. I rolled over on my side and when I did I felt a slight leak at my nose within a few seconds I had Chipmunk cheecks and my mouth opened. So...

Re: Possible Complex sleep apnea?
I don't feel any better today, foggy as usual. Could very easily fall back asleep right now. Very weird dreams last night. I normally don't dream or at least don't remember them if I do. Not sure what woke me about about 3:15. But had to use the bathroom after waking. First one forgot to put water i...

Re: Possible Complex sleep apnea?
By no means do I think you are taking the place of my doctor. I do value or opinion though. You are a very smart individual on this subject! You have shown me that and have my utmost respect for it! You obviously have training in this field. I have a feeling my doctor is probably going to want to wa...

Re: Possible Complex sleep apnea?
Pugsy, Thank you for all of the thought you have put into this. Sorry I didn't respond sooner but today is my crazy day with the kids. I also do the school kits for our local pto. Today was nuts and really not a day for being tired. I personally am concerned about the raggedness of the flow rate, ju...

Re: Possible Complex sleep apnea?
I don't believe there is any reason I couldn't take a otc sleep aid. Isn't that masking the real problem though and not getting the answer to what is really going on? I do understand it is to get some sleep. If this sounds mean it isn't meant that way! My brain right now isn't giving me much in the ...

Unfortunately another night of no sleep, or at least it feels like it. Would love to know what is going on. Here are the results.

Re: Possible Complex sleep apnea?
Something woke me last night about 1:30 and of course had to use the bathroom then. Foggy, lethargic and tired today. Feeling like before starting therapy. Not getting discouraged just passing along how I feel. Anything after about 5:15 - 5:20 I was awake. Pugsy, I totally understand why the insuran...

Re: Possible Complex sleep apnea?
Thank you Pugsy! Just got off of the phone with my sleep doctor. She was very grateful for the help that I received from you so I could continue my treatment. She was at a conference on Friday and just first received the note that I called. I asked if there was a way I could get in touch with her if...

Re: Possible Complex sleep apnea?
Does the response to the pressure increase look good to you, or do you think it needs to increase?
