LSAT, do you happen to have any ResMed AirSense 10 Autoset machines for sale? I'm trying to find one at a good price for a guy on another apnea site.

The ResMed 10s have a bigger motor, and I've heard that the 11s are more noisy. I think the 10s wind hands down.

Since I switched to distilled water I never empty or clean my reservoir. It never looks bad in any way, so I just pour more of the water in and go about my day.

I'm pretty sure the message on your CPAP is just reporting the pressure change you made to your machine. I wouldn't worry about it. If you are using airplane mode I don't think anyone but you can see that you made a change. I think that is the point of airplane mode.
