Re: Lowering AHI numbers with beetroot capsules
For the record, I'm not a beet root salesman, cheerleader, or anything of the sort. I started taking beet root about six months ago, first as a liquid{only about twice cause it tastes like crap), then pills at first once a day, then twice a day. I did this because I read a lot about it's beneficial ...

Re: Lowering AHI numbers with beetroot capsules
I used to have AHI’s of 1.5 to 2.5. I have been taking beet root for about 6 months, twice a day. I also switched from Dreamstation to Resmed Autosense 10 about the same time. My AHI for the past six months is .21 and decreasing. For seven of the past nine days it has been zero, the other two it was...

Re: Don't let a 6% differential reading in your SpO2 levels confuse you
I have the wellue ring and I also have standard pulse oximeter. Several times I have compared them, and I just did it again and got the same result. The ring read 98, the pulse oximeter read 97. Each time I have done it, the results were either in agreement, or within plus or minus 1. Have you done ...

Re: OT: Glycine for sleep--cautiously optimistic
Here's a link to a Google search for"Safety of taking Glycine for sleep" that has many resources for anyone considering it's use. For what it's worth, in my opinion on it's own, it does appear to be safe and worth a try for sleep purposes. It might be useful to check the second link also for "Glycin...

Pugsy, thanks, that was easy. I never thought about the internal clock on the machine, and yes it is the Air Sense 10 auto. Thanks again for the quick fix.

Re: Daaylight Savings Time
Is there anything I can do to get Oscar on the correct time. My computer shows the correct time, but Oscar didn't change and I use the Wellue ring which is also on the correct time, but it no longer integrates well with Oscar being an hour off.Thanks.

Re: DreamWisp vs N/P30i or DreamWear
I've used the Dreamware nasal, wisp, and Full Face. The FF has been the best for me. I liked the dreamwisp, but it kept giving me a sore on the bridge of my nose. Many others had the same issue. I had a slight soreness problem with the Dreamware, and no problem at all with the FF. They all feel pret...

Re: Phlegm in throat can't sleep
A, I use a nasal wash called Nasopure you can find on Amazon. Also, and I think this would work even better for what you have, is a spray called XClear also sold on Amazon. It breaks up mucus better than anything I've tried. I use it one hour before I go to bed, and then again 15 minutes before I go...

Re: What does the Blue mean in OSCAR overview
I think it might have to do with the pulse oximeter. On the most recent night it was blue, I forgot to put the ring on. Two of the groups of 4-5 days I was traveling and while I did wear the ring, I did not have Oscar to download it into until I returned home. The other day that was blue, I probably...

Could someone tell me what the blue color in the usage and session time columns bar graphs signify? Thanks.

Lerois,
Would it be possible to post a picture that shows how you trimmed the silicone. Thanks

Re: New Product- Healthy Hose
Zonker, I don't have any opinion of this product, I'm not pushing it, nor do I know anything more about it than anyone who watches it. I merely posted it as a news item with a title to what it is about. As far as bacteria growing in the hose, I certainly don't freak out about it. I wash out the hose...
