Try listening audio books. I plug headphones into my phone at night and turn on an audio book. When I started I used books I had already read but liked. I am able to set a timer that turns off the book . It relaxed me and I didn't think about sleeping. I am doing it now to take my mind off the world...

Make sure you boil your water a few min. Weird pathogens can live in tap water and /or well water. Don' take a chance, especially now..

I have used a recliner instead of bed When really ill (pneumonia). Reclining somewhat plus my pap made a big difference. I would certainly use again for any breathing issue. I used my Apap in the hospital once I was admitted.. So take it with you with filters, etc if you are hospitalized.. and every...

I wouldn't worry. Remember you breath even with out the machine but not for as long if you quit. Take care of yourself too.

They use it to wash crude oil from oil spills big and small. I have never used for anything except salad dressing on laundry.

I live in Kirkland WA. When I had pneumonia last year I had my CPAP with me and it helped a lot. The only problem was I was over hydrated one night (IV drip) and I woke up with a tube full of water.
