If the nose congestion becomes a big problem, you may want to try a full face mask. Not fun, but can help. And be patient, as it took me many...

Well, guess I am a slob lol. I wash my masks(I have two that I rotate with) every few weeks. I just remove the headgear and wash whole thing in hot soapy water. I don"t take it apart ever. I put a little soap in hose with hot water, shake it and attach it to my faucet-slips on end on mine. Then i ru...

Ultra mirage FF vs Mirage 2 FF
I am buying a replacement mask and as wondering if anyone has tried the Mirage 2? I like my Ultra Mirage but was thinking of trying the Mirage 2? Anyone tried both or the Mirage 2? Seems like it may have more cushion and be more comfortable.

I have a 420e which I too notice is using lots more distilled water. I fill it up quite a ways above the full line. Its set at about half, and after 7-8hrs, is nearly empty. This started when the temp went down and gas furnance use started, which really dries out the air. And I haven t had any probl...

As one who has fought to get my AHI down from the teens, and who now averages around 5, your observation that 1.8 isn't TOO high is exactly right! Your AHI is very good. Anything under 5 is usually ok. Its great that you are trying to find the optimum pressure, but don't fret on little increases. If...

When I heard I stopped or partially stopped breathing 60 or so times an hour, my reaction was"My heart ain't liking this". It would seem pretty obvious that OSA is a real risk for heart attacks and strokes without any studies. If xpap treatment can stimulate regular breathing, how can it not decreas...
