? switching to nasal pillow from full face mask and pressure
Hoping to get some feedback. I have been using a full face mask since starting cpap in 2019 as always thought I was a mouth breather. I have a phillips dreamwear nasal pillow cushion that I want to give a try. I got a chin strap to help as well. I am currently using 9cm - 13cm, w/EPR on full time w/...

Its not a set up that I am doing on my own, but I am going to the respiratory co. on Thursday who will set this up for me. I would be very concerned if someone were to try and set this up on...

"Now I do change the hose air temperature because I don't really like warm air in the summer like I do in the winter. In the winter I will set the hose air temp between 80 and 86 degrees because I keep my house on the cold side...low 60s sometimes and that cold air going up my mask into my nose does...

Newbie Struggling
Hello, I have been following along this board since starting w/CPAP back in Mid November of 2019, which has been very helpful and educational and now I'm hoping to get some suggestions. I had a very difficult time trying to adjust to CPAP over the first month, a lot of feelings of panic and claustro...
