I blame the stupid Rainout - I was awakened during the night (as usual) breathing in water, when I pulled the mask away from my face to wipe out the water. Well, I don't know what I did, but the plastice ring that ...

Hey! Another Austinite!!! I take clonazepram (used to take 2 a night, now I'm down to 1). But I don't take it for RLS - (anxiety) so I was surprised to see what you use it for. I also take Ambien and Xryem as well as Zoloft. Now, I have to say, you may want to ask your doctor about Ambien, because i...

Maybe your friend did come by...saw how funny you looked wearing the CPAP mask...and ran away in shock! OK - now that's funny! Well, I'm 33 and have been on a CPAP for 2 years now. The last 6 months I have had some troubles in that area, only the opposite. My doctor finally had to put me on the pil...

Wow - I can't do tape, I'm allergic to tape adhesive....that's right, tape adhesive. It seems the older I get, the more things my body doesn't tolerate - and I'm only 33! ANYWAY - I too suffer from the mouth farts and LOVE my new and improved chin strap.... The 'Ruby Red' by Tiara Medical Systems. I...

Well, I don't have the heartburn problem, but I do make some interesting noises in the morning! I am even told my bottom sings at night as well. I'm no doctor but all that air is going in, and I don't think it's all coming out of the mouth! Did you say you had an Auto-Pap? I have a regular one w/hum...

I have to use a chin strap - to keep my big mouth shut! I hated the dinky strap that IS covered by my insurance - it didn't work at all. I did find a chin strap that is made of the same stuff as wetsuits that fits around my whole head - and it works great. It's called "Ruby Red" chin strap from Tiar...

OK - I live in Texas and have a MAJOR problem with rainout. I too ordered the sleeve thing from E-Bay, it helped some - but I still am awakened in the night with significant water in my mask - I have to wipe it out with a towel 2-3 times a night. My Remstar Pro Plus doesn't have an adjustable heat s...
