So you just stuff the filter on the inside flat against the holes?

I mean this thing seems like more air comes out the exhaust holes than anywhere else.

I really want to like the Bleep but I think it's going to annoy me. Is it normal for the air to be so noisy coming out of the exhaust holes?

It sounds more noisy when inhaling, like an oxy-acetylene torch. I'm not sure if anyone can sleep next to me lol
