Re: Recently switched to Dreamstation BiPaP, can someone help interpret my data?
I don't see changing a setting as fixing the problem of your taking your mask off prematurely and sleeping the rest of the night without the machine. Is the mask leaking? Is it uncomfortable? Why do you think you need to remove it? Do you have trouble falling asleep? Take a long time? Why were you ...

Re: Recently switched to Dreamstation BiPaP, can someone help interpret my data?
When did you switch machines? You do realize that the Dreamstation that you're using has been recalled and deemed 'unsafe' right? Yes... still waiting on a goddamn replacement, it's been half a year. My sleep doctor said that if I'm not washing it with soap (which they identified as what's degradin...

Recently switched to Dreamstation BiPaP, can someone help interpret my data?
It's been a long hard road and I'm still not there yet and my sleep doctor seems to mostly have given up at this point, so I would love some help from folks here to interpret this data and how I can adjust my settings. One of my major problems is I can't keep the mask on long enough, usually I can o...

Re: Can someone help me interpret my OSCAR data? Feeling like garbage
I'm going to be talking to my psych tomorrow to ask about what options I have re: medication and sleep.
Would someone be able to take a look at my updated chart? Have upped some of the settings as suggested, but still feeling like

Re: Can someone help me interpret my OSCAR data? Feeling like garbage
Doctors (at least in my experience) don't mention side effects unless they are something to be watched for. It's hard ... people taking medications can have all sorts of side effects, and it is hard to be sure the medicine caused them. So it falls on us, like most things. Sigh were that it not so v...

Re: Can someone help me interpret my OSCAR data? Feeling like garbage
Oh errr..... my psychiatrist definitely did not tell me this lol. Hmm. That would be good if it were all just a side effect of the medicine tbhPugsy wrote: ↑Tue Dec 15, 2020 2:05 pmhttps://www.webmd.com/drugs/2/drug-8876 ... al/details
Look at the side effects that are well known....trouble sleeping is indeed one of them.

Re: Can someone help me interpret my OSCAR data? Feeling like garbage
I would wake up and feel the air puffing out my cheeks during normal breathing so I ended up feeling very anxious to like "keep up" with the air flow, which was extremely uncomfortable and kept me from falling back asleep...! Is this normal/what can I do to do avoid this puffing? This sounds like w...

Re: Can someone help me interpret my OSCAR data? Feeling like garbage
Not quite correctly but close enough for now. Read this and look at your screen shot and compare it to the examples here http://www.cpaptalk.com/viewtopic/t158560/How-to-post-images-for-review.html Don't need tidal volume stuff but do need flow rate to not be so tiny. Don't need snore graph...nothi...
