Yes 12 .no particular reason.90% pressure says never higher then 10. I'm not sure if I should increase or decrease pressures?thanks

Hi why are you using mouth tape with a full face mask? I thought a full face mask does not require mouth taping?

I finally got a soft collar and my ahi now down to 1, 1.5' pressure set 5 to12, 90% never above 8" a couple of nights I've been wakening up with cramps ie 'aerophagia' should I adjust pressures? Also is it wise not to eat say after 7 pm if you retire at 11pm' ? Thank you in advance,
