I’m new to cpap but I had trouble understanding how to breathe with it. It took me a few nights to understand it is constant air pressure not an in and out that I need to time my breathing with. I felt stupid. Everyone has great input about checking with pressures and also checking with your doctor...

Well, this thread alone made joining the forum completely worthwhile :D Hello, everyone!

As an all-around noob here (7 nights in cpap therapy), I was finding the “recommended” cleaning drill a bit much. So glad to hear others’ cleaning regimens are a lot less, hmm, rigorous than what I was told.
