Weight loss doesn't guarantee the OSA will go away. There's a lot of real skinny people out there with OSA. It might and it might not. Worth doing anyway even if it doesn't for all the obvious reasons for losing excess weight. I weighed 110 lbs when I got diagnosed. Losing weight wouldn't have help...

The machines operate the same way on either side of the ocean and either side of the equator! It is possible to change the settings, though I can't say what the consequences are down under. In the U.S. you're no "supposed to" change the settings, but I never heard of anybody losing the machine for ...
