Re: Help! Scared to sleep...even with machine on
Well, good for going in! I had a stress test once and what I remember is that the worst part was my sore hands - from holding onto the treadmill bar - because I have arthritis! Stop looking for clot trouble though... and maybe stop looking at Dr. Google. :D Im not worried about clots because of any...

Re: Help! Scared to sleep...even with machine on
I went to my primary care first thing this morning and while he did suggest it was anxiety or acid reflux ( which is ridiculous because i didn't describe either of these things) he did aknowledge some risk factors and he is scheduling me for a stress test, which isn't for 2 weeks. I do believe my bl...

Re: Help! Scared to sleep...even with machine on
I understand why you would respond this way. I guess the reason I didnt go to the er is because the paramedics didnt seem to think I needs to go after the second reading. Also they asked me several times if i woke up having a nightmare. Which I did not. Also the last time i went to the er for it, an...

Hi all....I don't know if this is sleep related but hoping I can get some insight or advice So first, I have high blood pressure and have been having problems with it recently. I went to the hospital after really exerting myself at work. My home bp cuff read 156/120. It scared the crap out of me, ho...

Re: Pulmonary function and coronavirus
What is your new employer saying about how to mitigate the risk factors to not only its employees but their customers? At a minimum they should be providing masks for all their employees who go out into the homes of any of their customers. I don't know if your lung issues make you higher risk or no...

Re: Pulmonary function and coronavirus
You should be concerned whether you are or are not at an elevated risk, if not for yourself but for others who are. You don't want to be a carrier and propagate this. You can't change your personal risk level, nor the situation as it exists, but by following the recommendations you can protect your...

Re: New And over the moon happy waiting for my CPAP
Yes. So it's obviously not my machine. My doctor bumped up my pressure yesterday... It's now 18/14
Before I got my machine I couldn't do more then 15 minutes on the treadmill.... Yesterday and today I did a whole hour, each day

Re: New And over the moon happy waiting for my CPAP
Don't know why I didn't think of it before, but I'm pretty sure it's was the CBD oil my dad talked me into taking. I stopped taking it and it's gone now I'm sleeping upwards of 8 hours every night with my machine, but in still go back to sleep without it on when I wake up. I'm thinking I need more p...
