Thanks for the replies. My machine is set to Essentials: Plus, but for the really detailed data it sounds like I need an SD card so I can load it into OSCAR. I was just concerned that using the card might disable the cellular transmission.

My machine is set to use a cellular connection to transmit data to my sleep medicine people. I get to see only the limited data displayed by the myAir app. If I insert an SD card to collect more detailed data, will that interrupt the cell connection? Thanks.

Yes, I've been using the fleece wraps on the mask because they feel good on my face. I never thought about the insulating factor. I'll check out the Ayr nasal gel too.

Thanks for the replies. I get condensation in the hose and mask at a humidity setting of 5 and above on the AirSense 10. Actually, I've never gone above 6.
