Welcome to the forum. Some people find that they seem to need more pressure when using a full face mask than when using a nasal mask. I suspect it has to do with the way the lower straps of most full face masks seem to pull the lower jaw back ever so slightly and alters the airway position a little...

It is my understanding that both of these masks use the same setting of X1 on the Dreamstation.
