I had that when I first started. I was at 16 and the doc set it back to 12. It has since been raised back to 16 with no swelling.

I've got a Puritan Bennet GoodKnight 420S CPAP. Works great on 12v. runs on 12v with a transformer that goes into the 120v wall plug. It is lighter than any other too (that I know of.)
