Re: ResMed new nasal cradle mask - AirFit N30
Does anyone know where this could be purchased without a prescription? I am self-treating and think this just may be the mask for me.

Nasal cushion for P10?
So far the mask I’ve had the most success with is the ResMed P10. I’m confident I have the right size pillow, but my nostrils are still sore from using it. I tried the Dreamwear nasal cushion and didn’t get as good of sleep because of the frame, but my nose felt great using the cushion, rather than ...

Re: First "full" night with machine. Please help me interpret results.
Looks like there are some short periods where you need more than the 16 max pressure....so you might just open it up. It won't go there unless it has a good reason but I doubt that what little time it gets pegged out is going to be that big of a deal breaker for you in terms of anything. I would lo...

Re: First "full" night with machine. Please help me interpret results.
One things I've found is that if I have to wake up to use the bathroom, I don't always put the mask right back on. Sometimes I will lay down for a bit before putting it on. Any recommendations for improvement here would be much appreciated. Seems obvious to me... put the mask right back on. Sorry, ...

Re: First "full" night with machine. Please help me interpret results.
I've been using the machine for a few nights now. Each of the nights below is with the AirFit P10 with medium pillow. I'm liking the mask so far, but I wish the headgear was a bit larger. I have a big head and it's a bit tight. Is there any solution people use for this? One things I've found is that...

Re: First "full" night with machine. Please help me interpret results.
I felt like I slept relatively well last night. But I woke up with a serious headache in my forhead and eyes. It feels like pressure in my head - not something I've experienced before. It's 6:30 pm right now and I've been feeling the pain all day. Any ideas what could cause this?

Re: First "full" night with machine. Please help me interpret results.
I switched ramp time to five minutes and changed both minimum and ramp pressure to 8. You don't seem to understand RAMP.....In your example, you machine would start at 8 and over a period of 5 minutes it would run at 8. In that example ramp is doing nothing. Either turn off ramp, or leave it at 8 a...

Hi Tool_Man, One thing we encourage is for members to keep a single therapy topic, instead of many different topics. This way others can easily look at ones history. Maybe just continue using this one As Pugsy suggested, many feel a little air-starved if the pressure is too low, an incorrectly fitt...

Re: First "full" night with machine. Please help me interpret results.
Spend any time on your back that you know of? If it wasn't for the time between 1 and 1:30 the report wouldn't be all that exciting. Do you happen to know if your OSA is worse in REM stage sleep? That would correspond with the cluster of hyponeas you see. Either that or you were on your back maybe....

First "full" night with machine. Please help me interpret results.
Last night was my second night with the machine. I had the mask on for right at 6 hours. I usually sleep 7-8 hours and wake up tired, but I woke up after 6 and felt pretty well rested. Using the N30i small cushion here. I felt like I wasn't getting enough air flow through the cushion. I think the sm...

Re: Just got my first machine. Could use some assistance.
The N30i/P30i mask frame and hook ups are identical and the nasal cradle/pillows are interchangeable between the two. The N30i cushion cradles around the base of the nose. The P30i has the two prong like pillows. Similar to the pillows on your P10. N30i https://www.monstercpap.ca/media/catalog/prod...
