Re: Phillips / Philips Respironics recent recall notice discussion thread
I still do not believe this to be real. FWIIW, I received a Dreamstation 2. I think it is new, but I can't confirm that, I guess, without powering it up. Box contained return shipping instructions for my old unit. I bought a Resmed Airsense 11 out-of-pocket a couple months ago, so I'm really not su...

Re: Phillips / Philips Respironics recent recall notice discussion thread
I got the same message this morning, although I had called on Friday and was told that I was still in the system. Holocron, it never occurred to me to ask if I had a "case handler." I didn't ask if had one. I called the number on the website after they changed it from "have your dr fax the info" to...

Re: Phillips / Philips Respironics recent recall notice discussion thread
Faxed the prescription as directed by the patient portal. Called to answer questions as directed by the patient portal several weeks ago. Today, the patient portal cannot find my record, either by confirmation code or serial number. Yup...same. Though, I called and spoke to someone a couple weeks a...

Re: Philips Respironics Recall V2.0 Questions and Answers

Re: Phillips / Philips Respironics recent recall notice discussion thread
I just called and spoke to one of the Phillips reps and she said it can take up to 30 days for them to process all the faxes and update that page. I told her they should state so on the Patient Portal and of course she had no answer. Told her I wasn't blaming her but that she should pass it up the ...

Re: Phillips / Philips Respironics recent recall notice discussion thread
My doc faxed prescriptions for the System One 50 and System One 60 last week, but the status is still showing "please fax us your prescription." anyone else seen anything change at the portal when they faxed the prescription? Mine was supposedly faxed around 10/20. Reconfirmed with physician prescr...

Re: CVS HealthHubs
We have a Health Hub a mile from my home. It has been there for about 7-8 months. This is the only one I have seen. Fair enough. I never frequented CVS until recently. They're more common in the area we just moved too Aetna (owned by CVS) is our new insurance provider. I'm having a difficult time f...

Re: CVS HealthHubs
They won't be on your insurance and their prices are full retail. I have seen limited masks and supplies and no machines. I think you're thinking of the usual CVS, which I was also surprised to see had CPAP supplies on the shelves. The HealthHub seems to be a beefed up MinuteClinic. I have a call i...

CVS HealthHubs
CVS Drugstore has a newer service at select locations called HealthHubs. Per their website, they deal with sleep apnea and CPAP at these locations. Has any one had any experience with them as a DME CPAP supplier?
