Do you think upping the pressure may reduce the number of times I wake up?

Side sleeper and I do have the same problem during the day. It's not all bathroom related sometime I just wake up randomly.

The starts and stop are for the most part getting up during the night having to use the bathroom and such. I do have a hard time falling asleep initially sometimes.
