Re: Looking for advise on settings - wife says I'm snoring

Thanks for all the help

Re: Looking for advise on settings - wife says I'm snoring

To follow up on the EPR comment, would that be a full time EPR or Ramp only? I don't use ramp now, but I could set it to full pressure and then use auto to turn it off. I feel like I can't breathe when I tried ramp in the past.

Re: Looking for advise on settings - wife says I'm snoring

Thanks for the advice so far. I will try bumping the pressure tonight (What I was thinking as well). I will also try the EPR. I have never used it before, but its function makes sense to me.

Looking for advise on settings - wife says I'm snoring

Hello, I have been on CPAP for a long time now, probably getting close to 20 years, if not longer. My wife says I have been snoring lately and I am not feeling as refreshed as I used to, but my AHI number is still low. I was hoping to get some extra eyes on my reports to see if someone else can see ...

Re: Long time CPAP, looking for pointers

That is what I was thinking. Here is a newer Oscar output. I was thinking of going to auto mode, just not 100% sure on what pressure range to start with. Does anyone have suggestions?

Re: Long time CPAP, looking for pointers

I normally try to get about 6 during the weekdays, 8 or so on the weekends.

My wife has told me I am snoring some again this week. Not sure why.

Long time CPAP, looking for pointers

I have been on CPAP for around 15 years now, always fixed pressures. My last prescription was for 14cm. I recently purchased a AirSense 10 for her autoset to replace my AirSense 10 brick. I am still using it in CPAP mode, and have been waking up tired. My numbers look good to me, but maybe you all m...
