@chunckyfrog Thanks for the advice. I do clean my plastic aligner trays after I remove them and before I put them back in. I did however look at the spot I think is rubbing against my inner cheek and it seems to be rather sharp. Maybe I can ask orthodontist to smooth it somehow. They are free of any...

I floss and brush after every meal - these are invisalign braces .These trays pop out so I can eat and I brush floss and put them back in. Regular metal braces would probably cause more discomfort- I’m not sure It is probably the way the mask is fitting over my face puts pressure on the spot that is...

can Soreness inside of my mouth be from wearing cpap mask ?
I have a sore spot inside of my mouth on upper left side between my teeth and cheek area . I am wondering if it is from where the nasal mask presses against my face at night .
