Re: Mask leakage, snoring, and now phlegm...argh!
Here are my past few nights. Another low AHI, followed by a much higher number. Surprised how many Events there were on night 2. Any recommendation as to how the Scunci should be worn? Should it go on first, or after the nasal mask is put on? It's taking a bit to get used to the mouth not being open...

Hey Zonker, last night was my first night using the Scunci method you mentioned. One of my best AHI readings yet! Hoping for more consistent success!

Re: Mask leakage, snoring, and now phlegm...argh!
So I didn't buy a collar yet, but decided the Scunics idea could be a good fit for me. I like the non-invasive look, that it could pair well with the nasal mask. I used the machine the past few nights, to see how I felt in the morning, while at the same time taking your guys' feedback into account. ...

Re: Mask leakage, snoring, and now phlegm...argh!
Hello and thanks for all the replies peeps! I was beginning to lose hope, frustrated by my appt cancelled until 2/18, and the whole nasal thing. I've actually gone without wearing the mask all together for the past 7-10 days. I find it odd that when I first switched to the DreamWear Nasal mask a few...

Re: Mask leakage, snoring, and now phlegm...argh!
Thanks Zonker,
I will do that. I hope to have a better sense of what's happening after my appointment tomorrow.
BTW, I see in your profile that you use the Airsense 10 Autoset unit and Airfit P10 mask. How do you like that mask and box?

Re: Mask leakage, snoring, and now phlegm...argh!
I'm curious about these AHI numbers. How much they vary?

Mask leakage, snoring, and now phlegm...argh!
I first posted on the forum last August, and wanted to provide an update. I've been using a CPAP machine for 15 years. I started off with the RemStar Pro from Respironics in 2005, and have used the ResMed S9 machine since 2014. I stopped using the humidifier years ago. For years I used the full face...

Re: Heavy/irregular breathing, occasional snoring - Please help
Wasn’t sure if I should start a new thread, of post a reply here. I did a virtual chat with my GP in October 2020. I was issued a new SDcard for my ResMed S9 machine card and was fitted for a ResMed P30i shortly thereafter. Yes, I know it has similar design to the DreamWear mask I previously wore, b...

No nasal congestion, so I will try and adjust the range!
That Bleep mask looks intriguing. Do you find that adhesive tape to be bothersome at all for the nose?

Re: Heavy/irregular breathing, occasional snoring - Please help
My last visit to GP was in 2017, so it could be time for a visit. I do sleep on my back, as I’ve found this most comfortable with the mask. No meds at all. Flow Limitation graph added below The DreamWear Mask....notorious for the DarthVadar sounds for some people...oh great! I suppose I can l...

Heavy/irregular breathing, occasional snoring - Please help
Hi all, I've been using a CPAP machine for 15 years, and found your forum last year. I started off with the RemStar Pro from Respironics in 2005, and have used the ResMed S9 machine since 2014. For years I used the full face mask, then shifted to nasal, and now my current setup is the DreamWear Nasa...
