Get a new hose and cut the old one off (be careful no to damage the machine)! I suggested getting the heated hose, as that one snaps in and out out (with release buttons).

I'll certainly give that a try - thanks! My only worry is when travelling we will be in several destinations requiring me to pack up multiple times. I'd hate to risk tearing a hose while on this trip. Geez, this is a true pain in the butt scenario. Never had this problem with an other machines. Try ...

Thank you, I will give that a go - we leave for the airport in about 2 hours - I can't believe I'm having this problem - hahahaha! For the mask end... I'd dip the mask and hose in some warm, semi hot soapy water and see if you can work it loose that way, Obviously soaking your machine in warm soapy ...
