Still sleeping well.

I've left all the settings alone through the weekend up until now. It looks like my AHI is still hovering around the same as it was before. Ok. I had a hard time falling and staying asleep last night for some reason. I do know there were several times throughout the night I was woken up by air blowing out all around my mask. What do you do when that happens? Do I tighten the mask even more? That is the only thing that makes sense to me ...

I believe the charts are looking a little better after the adjustments last night.

Did you spend much time on your back last night? You did okay until around 05:20 and then things went downhill. Were you for sure asleep after 5:20 when all that ugliness happened? Something changed to cause the need for substantially more pressure. Assuming you were for sure asleep the 2 usual sus...

I did find myself waking up again to air blowing out the side of the mask, so I tightened the straps a little and that helped a little.

Hey Pugsy, I'm fitting at the 5cm ramp. Are you suggesting I should fit at 9 cm? I'm assuming the higher the pressure, the more snug or tighter I need to fit my mask to my face? Is there a way to fit it at 9 when first putting the mask on or do I need to wait until it ends the ramp?
