Just thought I'd mention that that in my second week in a fareast time zone the Therapy Hours which used to be 3-4 hours (despite 8 hours of sleep/cpap use) are now showing 5-6 hours. Also the AHI and Periodic breathing numbers have come down from ridiculous numbers to 4/2%. Which are higher than w...

Thank you everyone for your responses. I was unaware of the setting to GMT and that would certainly explain what has been happening. I will monitor for the next couple weeks and see if there are changes in the "therapy hours" recorded. I presume that there is no way to "set it" to my location. As fo...

I have been bringing my Phillips Respironics Dreamstation from the US to Japan several times. I note that after arriving in Japan, even if I sleep for say 8 hours, the Dreamstation will show a figure like 3 hours. Plus my AHI and Periodic Breathing numbers are way higher than they should be. I have travelled in/out of Japan any times with my Dreamstation. No problems ever. However, if you want to use it during your long flight to Japan as carry on baggage the airline counter will ask to examine your CPAP machine. Otherwise it can go in check-in luggage.
