Re: Need help interpreting Oscar data!
Thanks, Pugsy. I believe I may have been awake for a little bit between that time interval as well. Also, I am actually trying to bring my minimum pressure down to see if I can reduce bloating.

I am planning on doing the Kilimanjaro trek early next year. Is this set up still the most uptodate or are there any modifications? Also, did you have any trouble take this on an international flight?

P10 Nasal Pillows versus Dreamwear Nasal Gel Pillows
Anyone here has used one or both of these masks? If so, any feedback on this? I have been using P10 for the last few days and like it very much in terms of having no leaks and comfort. However, I don't like the hose in front of my face and I wake up having to move the hose around when I turn. I pref...

CPAP and Weight Gain?!! :-(
I have been on CPAP for the last 12 days and have been fully compliant. I have noticed a weight gain. I am 5'8" male and have averaged my weight for the last 5 years or so at around 150-152 pounds. Since using the CPAP I started steadily increasing by the day and post 12 days of CPAP usage, I am at ...

Need help interpreting Oscar data
I have posted a screen shot of my CPAP usage for the last week. I feel like it is getting better. My AHI was 36 before treatment. I was hoping some of the experts here can look at my stats and provide me some feedback. Thanks!

What I am noticing though is that my total hypopnea is much higher than total obstructive apnea. Is there a particular pressure sett...
