What size frame on the DreamWear are you using?
Did you get the little fleece side wraps with your mask package? If you did...are you using them?
Small but I have the medium also. Yes I have the fleece side wraps and now, I haven't even tried them.

Re: New & Skeptical

As soon as I get the SD card and a new nasal only (hopefully a Bleep mask or non mask, lol) I will start a new thread. Having a hard time keeping my mask on even though MyAir seems to think I am doing well  It slips forward, I think because of my hair. Woke up 3 times last night with the ff ma...

Re: New & Skeptical

Should I keep asking questions on this thread or make a new one about the SD cards, Oscar, Masks, etc?? Just to mention, I have downloaded Oscar but my laptop doesn't appear to have a SD port so waiting for husband to come home from work to see if he has and adapter. Slept good last night (on Ambie...

Re: Medical grade tape to keep lips sealed

Is it actually safe to seal your lips? Can't stand my mask and getting new next week, so taping is an option if safe. Lots of people do it. Do you think that we'd say "tape your lips" if it wasn't safe? Wasn't trying to hurt feelings. Sheesh They weren't.. but ... I occasionally tape, and others do...

Re: New & Skeptical

I use supplemental oxygen. During the sleep titration study, the CPAP didn't correct this completely during sleep, but instead of needing 3.5 to 4 liters of oxygen a night, it has been lowered to 1 to 1.5 liters. I also need oxygen from time to time during the day. This is all due to the severity of...

Re: Feeling under the weather...

I have accepted that it will be HORRIBLE and have prepared myself to do it no matter what. My kids and husband deserve to have me around a long long time and to be healthy. That is how I am going to get through the adjustment period. Expecting it to be horrible will tend to make it more horrible th...

Re: Feeling under the weather...

Last night I kept the mask on all night! I did have to keep waking up to adjust it every once and a while, but I was able to sleep on my side like I would without it comfortably all night other than that. A side note: Something funny happened last night. I went to put on my cpap mask and some strap...

Re: New & Skeptical

Thanks all. Have been fiddling with it this evening while watching tv, trying to get the straps to mask right. Then the duh moment when I realized I needed dentures out, because that is how I sleep. Taking a break for awhile before starting again and ending up throwing it across the room. My daughte...

Re: New & Skeptical

Can't have full auto until Dr puts in prescription for it. At this point pressure is set at 7. Period. The tech that brought it out, gave a very quick review and left. Now to figure out this very overwhelming contraption  PLEASE tell me that it's not actually an AirSTART machine! they're j...
