OA and change in Orientation
Hi, Checking my Oscar data with Somnopose Orientation information, I noticed that 2 of the 4 OA`s I had last Saturday happened exactly at the time that I changed the side I was sleeping. In your opinion, I changed sides because of the OA, or the OA was caused by my change of side? This was the night...

Re: OSCAR Suggestions & Bug reporting
Is your timezone two hours different than GMT? I am at GMT-3 (Brazil), and changing the Clock drift (Preferences>CPAP) 2 hours made the Somnopose data match the APAP time for comparison. ( both wrong by 2 hours) If the developer/tester needs the actual data, I can share the CPAP and Somnopose files...

Re: OSCAR Suggestions & Bug reporting
Hi, I have been using OSCAR and it has been very helpful to understand my sleep. Recently I imported data from Somnopose opening the .csv file. On Oscar, the time appeared dislocated 2 hours in relation to the correct time. In the .cvs file the initial time was 22:33:52 but on OSCAR it appeared two ...

Re: AHI = 34, but I had a very restful sleep. Am I the only one?
It is not physically possible to have "very restful sleep" when your sleep is being interrupted every couple of minutes. You may have been able to adequately cope, but that's not good restful sleep, and your BP reflected that. I agree that it sound unusual. But the stable BP is justification enough...

Re: AHI = 34, but I had a very restful sleep. Am I the only one?
What makes my case different is that I felt my sleep very restful prior to CPAP Forget about your sleep for a moment. Were you full of energy all day? That is a good point. But I believe I had a normal level of energy for my age, and I don’t see any change yet... Maybe with more therapy time I can ...

AHI = 34, but I had a very restful sleep. Am I the only one?
Hi, I am new here, and reading cpaptalk has been very useful. Oscar has been a great help. I was diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea last month (AHI =34; OA=7.8; H=26.2) and with about 30 days of CPAP (min 6 cmH2O – max 8 cmH2O) my AHI is averaging around 1 (between 0.4 and 1.5, and basically OA’...
