Re: "Sudden onset" anxiety
I have been thinking of asking the pulmonologist, or my Primary. I just wanted to see if anyone thought it sounded like something they had heard of. It is something that comes and goes but is difficult to explain at times (in that things/stressors happen anyway and I don't feel that way, then all of...

"Sudden onset" anxiety
Hello. I am wondering if anyone has any input into sleeping like you "normally do" and not having any other issues than groggy/brain fog, but then SUDDENLY having increased unease and feeling of anxiety when waking up, that "normally" doesn't happen. Mind you, no changes to the pressure, doing what ...

CPAP Headgear
Hello. I've been using the https://www.cpap.com/productpage/resmed-airtouch-f20-full-face-cpap-mask for a while, as well as the Amara View, and others. The Airtouch F20 is a good mask, but I've had plenty of times in which the back of the headgear rides up against the base of the skull and the neck,...

Re: Do you ever have days like this?
There is a lot of variation in how rested I feel day to day, and not much of it has to do with apnea. Let’s see, pain during the night, bad dreams, loud noises, too hot, too cold, general stress or worry ... it would be quite a list if I put my mind to it. But from your post it isn’t clear to me wh...

Do you ever have days like this?
Hello. I have had sleep apnea for around 9 years. I use the CPAP nightly, and generally have "okay" results [much better than not using, of course]. My question, of which I have thought many times, is do any readers here experience days that take much longer for you to feel "okay" or for the general...
