It seems the ResMed and Philips are the most popular and both have some form of it... Only Resmed has FOT. My mistake, I was referring to the Respironics system that essentially works the same by using Pressure pulses to determine if an apnea is central or obstructive... I haven’t seen a trademark ...

The majority of your events appear to be centrals. I don't know if they're really centrals or just SWJ (sleep wake junk). Look down in the Rs for the AirSense 10 AutoSet. For some reason it got stuck down there instead of up in the As with all the other AirSense/AirCurve models.
