replacing dme provider
has anyone been unhappy with their cpap provider and switched ? still going to rent machine from them but all else get from someone else . what steps did you take ? contact and inform them ? want to make sure they don't send me anything .

forgot to add I ordered a foam cushion to try with f20 ( 24.00 but fairly inexpensive to try ) .

being a beginner at this , especially with masks and trying to find something that works for you . pugsy like I said dumb beginner . it shows 50 days between june 27 , 2019 and last night . I didn't get sd card with machine so maybe 3 days later I did put one in . in another post you see it says last 30 days 97 percent compliant .

on this forum and users ive gotten more help about cpap therapy than my doctor or my first dme ( no longer using other than machine rental ) . people have given me masks to try without buying new ones kudos to them . please don't start beating on one another because maybe I didn't post the question ...

still learning after the fact starting therapy . finding that you have to do most of the groundwork yourself . enough complaining . using Oscar , it says 70 percent last 6 months even though I only started in June of 2019 with therapy . am I compliant ?
