Re: I take my mask off 1-2 hours in consistently, here's oscar
ah so clear airway is me forgetting to breathe potentially? thanks to the help on this board, i was able to finally get a long session in! 6.5 hrs almost compared to my typical 40m-1hr (previous best was 2hr). All i had to do was change from large to medium mask, which lessened the need to tighten m...

Re: I take my mask off 1-2 hours in consistently, here's oscar
will do! what exactly is a CA? looked it up and still dont get whats going on. why would airflow be signficantly obstructed if everything is clear? An apnea is detected when there is an 80% reduction in airflow from a baseline for at least 10 seconds if there is no airflow detected for 10 seconds. D...

Re: I take my mask off 1-2 hours in consistently, here's oscar

any info to glean from this night?
i forgot why i took it off. initially i had to tighten my mask more because 6cm pressure was stronger than i usually have and it shoots air into my eyes sometimes.
this was the first night i ever drooled into my mask though.

awesome, thanks for the help. here's the updated image. Closer, still doesn't look like the example. Set min to 8. from the wiki example, do you mean im just missing a 6th graph (snore, which is currently empty so i left it out / didnt adjust heights to allow it to show)? can you elaborate on why 8...

awesome, thanks for the help. here's the updated image. https://i.imgur.com/FywWqDn.png is there anything you typically look for when you look at other's data/graphs? i want to slowly learn what main issues to discern over time. to clarify, min pressure and start pressure were both 4cm. i moved it t...

Adjusted my oscar settings, does this look better?

Re: I take my mask off 1-2 hours in consistently, here's oscar
i was able to fix the time after deleting data after removing my sd card first (i presume that protects my past data). i did encounter a new option: smartstart - off. is it typically better to have that on? i did read people had trouble with it after taking mask off or sometihng curious if any other...

My first use of oscar, hoping someone can help with settings and proper sharing of screenshots. Do I typically just post daily views? Also, i am in california. There was an option during profile setup to tick or untick Daylight Savings time zones. Should i check that? i went to sleep around 1am so i...

Did any of you overcome headaches from wearing masks?
I used to wear glasses and recall that when i put them on, i would get a headache feeling. I normally never get headaches, even when sick, except when i have things close to my face between my eyes. I remember overcoming that sensation for glasses over time though. However, with the sleep mask, it i...
