I disagree with the predecessors. The diameter of the line does have an impact. The flowmeter is on the very inside of the oxygen generator. The muffler from Amzn and the adapter - both non-controversially overpriced. The muffler DOES NOT DO ANYTHING. At best - it is a breading ground for bacteria. I used engineering lab instrumentation to measure noise difference with and without the muffler. There is NO DIFFERENCE to write home about. ...
