Been using ResMed S9 Adapt for a couple months and seem to be stuck in the 2-3 AHI range and based on a typical night result (attached), was wondering what adjustments I should try to see if I can get AHI lower? (Is Leak Rate OK? Should I lower max PS?)

Re: Help with Resmed S9 Adapt adjustments
No comfort problems with breathing....2 breaks In therapy were restroom breaks.
Seem to be adjusting well to the new machine so I'll wait weeks before making any adjustments to let things adapt
Thanks

Re: Help with Resmed S9 Adapt adjustments
Only been using the Adapt for 4 days now with AHI of 0.7-2.4 on those days....before making any changes, wondering if I need to wait weeks or a month or so and let me adapt to the default settings? Or should I try small, single changes to fine tune? Sleep seems to be same and may have less daytime f...

Re: Resmed vpap adapt initial settings
Thanks for advice.
1st night with the Adapt on default settings was best night I have had in a year!...AHI 2.77 (2.04 Hypopnea, 0.72 Unclassified).. Will post some charts after a week or so and see how may be able to fine tune settings.

Resmed vpap adapt initial settings
After using Airmed Airsense 10 for a year and only lowering AHI from 16 without therapy to 9 with therapy and 80-90% of AHI being Central Apnea's, I am trying a Resmed VPAP Adapt machine to try to lower my Centrals. With the Airsense 10, I was using a pressure setting of 5-20 with EPR of 3...doctor ...
