Well I've been on CPAP for close to 18 months now and am currently on day 7 off of using it. I had the same problem with not only my teeth but my jaw as well when using the dreamwear FFM. Correct me if I'm wrong but I was led to believe from the sleep techs and doctors I've talked to that almost noone ever has an AHI of 0.

Not to take crack at anyone on a personal level but if you eat alot of fibre you don't even really need to wipe usually cause there is nothing to wipe. Poopwise. I just fill my sink with very hot water and submerge hose and mask. I've used dishsoap before but I am so sensitive to cleaning products and there smells I cant stand the mask after. Hopefully my method is good enough.

I'm in Saskatchewan,Canada and luckily so far we have minimal confirmed cases. We have around 30 confirmed cases today and they've ran about 4000 tests.

I had deviated septum surgery in August of last year. Very glad I did, I can breathe so much better. It helped zero with reducing my sleep apnea though as confirmed by in hospital sleep study.
