I’ve used both Dreamstation and the auto set. I much prefer the auto set because it ramps a lot faster when you need it. And all the extra bells and whistles gives it that slight edge too

I got a MEDIUM AIRFIT F20 Cushion that's been used for only 1 week with a Remzzz liner so its still pristine.

Sounds good to me. I was thinking if more of these spikes occur every few days or once a week or so I should cap the max pressure and ride through the episodes rather than disturb sleep?? I bumped it up to 9 just after I made the post.

There was practically no OA however I did wake up in the middle of the night when the pressure jumped to 15
