Be aware that there is a setting for full face vs nasal. If you are switching between the two during the evening, it might have some impact on how effective your therapy is. Then again, it may not - I leave that to people here that know more about the settings.

There is no reason why you couldn't increase the pressure by 1 every couple days, but you should be downloading Oscar Software so you can see what your nights look like.
