Re: DreamWear mask cleaning
I'm not sure I ever got a definitive answer. I'm replacing mask parts per the Medicare schedule now and that seems to help, Sorry that I can not be more helpful to you.

AirSense 10 Useful Life?
My AirSense 10 is just over 6 years old and has been used nightly with very few exceptions. I *think* it is getting noisier but it may just be my perception and not reality. Is there any rule of thumb or guideline, like years or # of hours used, for replacing a CPAP? And is there a way to see how ma...

Re: Naväge Nasal Care anyone try?
I have not used Navage, but I have had good results with the Grossan Hydro Pulse Nasal and Sinus Irrigation System. Think WaterPik for the nose, with something akin to a nasal pillow that one puts against a nostril (one nostril at a time). I have no business relationship with Grossan; just a satisfi...

Re: DreamWear mask cleaning
The gunk is in the piece that Phillips calls the mask frame: that is, the piece that comes down the side of the face and connects to the cushion or pillow piece. It is on both sides of the face, but not on/in the pillow piece.

Re: DreamWear mask cleaning
Thanks for the information. I use nasal pillows. I'm switching from Dreamwear to Resmed's P30i, which is their counterpart, to see if it is more comfortable. I think that I will try it without the SoClean machine to see if the same thing happens. Perhaps the issue is endemic to the type of mask wher...

DreamWear mask cleaning
I've been using the DreamWear pillow mask for a few months. I clean it regularly but notice a white layer of something in the mask frame now. If I press on the frame, the stuff "moves." I am wondering if anyone else has noticed this. I also use a SoClean 2, so I wonder if pumping ozone through the t...
