Re: scalp problems
I've developed this flaky skin rash under the area's of my head gear / nasal mask from the front side of my ears to the back of my head following my strap exactly. Anyone know what to do about this? I have tried Scalpacin with very little luck. OTC dandruff shampoo's haven't done anything special. ...

Re: OT Potassium
Thank you for the suggestions. I have never tried coconut water, and will get some. A friend recently recommended a sports drink called Body Armor. It has a lot of potassium. I just purchased some but have not tried it yet. Years ago my doctor actually prescribed a potassium supplement. But I’m try...

Re: OT Not totally!

But later I started to eat healthier food, like bananas, oranges, grapefruits, potatoes every day, and of c...

Re: OT : just can't believe it happened
I'll Go OT now, and say I wish Viagra still worked for me. 8 years ago, worked quite well, but wasn't with anyone too much, and didn't have insurance that would pay for it, But I think after Chemo, Had something to do with it not working any more. It works to a point, but not good enough for interc...

Re: Travelling / Distilled Water
Hey all. I’ve done a search of topics and couldn’t quite find what I was looking for. I’m travelling to Mexico next week and am worried about the potential lack of distilled water for my humidifier. Would you think it’s better to run the humidifier with bottled water for a week, or don’t use the hu...

Re: How To Avoid Back Sleeping?
I've been experimenting with the Slumberbump it might be worth a try if you dont mind dropping the $$. Its actually well made and designed. Being able to set how high the back thing is inflated is useful to be able to keep off your side but transition between left and right without too much discomf...
