So what? A decent person, which you and most everyone I've dealt with are not, reached out to me and I decided to make a new start.

Not sure how I would use any software with my machine. I'm not the most tech savvy

My clinic set my machine after the first month at 8-12 cmH2O. Since then I have had maybe a couple dozen AHI readings under 10. Most are in the teens. Also I wake up after most dreams, probably 4-6 times a night. Sometimes a little less. Hav a appt at the clinic the 30th. Wonder if I should bump it ...

I rarely have a single digit AHI. My machine is set for between 8cmH2O and 12. if you'd like to start your own thread, we could help you out with that. first thing is, it's likely that your settings aren't optimized to give you good therapy. so that's something we can talk about in your own thread!...

Why?

When I first got it it was set at 8. After the first month the clinic set it to fluctuate between 8 and 12. I go back in the end of the month. We'll see then what they think.
