Re: Question on Mask Fit
Yeh there was a comedy remake of Dragnet in the 80s I remember as well making fun of it.

Re: Question on Mask Fit
Wow. Thanks for the in depth reply, with graphs to back up the argument! If only the rest of the internet was like this :) Ok I feel better now. I think I might be in the same position with just a tiny amount of air coming out of the mouth and you are both right, it wouldn't take much of that in the...

Re: Switched to ResMed; loving it
Yes its weird but its turned out for the best because the ResMed is much better for me too. Philips is also incapable of making decent software, the app is fiddly garbage.

Question on Mask Fit
Hey all, simple question:
Will the Mask fit or Mask Seal reading indicate whether I am breathing through my mouth when I just have nasal pillow? My reading has always been 100% but I sometimes wake up with really dry lips which I would have thought suggests breathing through the mouth?
Thanks

Re: Newb reading oximeter data
It's more about making sure what I see makes sense because it will have a big impact on next steps. At the moment ,what I can see looks odd to me.

Re: How To Avoid Back Sleeping?
I've been experimenting with the Slumberbump it might be worth a try if you dont mind dropping the $$. Its actually well made and designed. Being able to set how high the back thing is inflated is useful to be able to keep off your side but transition between left and right without too much discomfo...

Re: Newb reading oximeter data
Thanks for the reply. I thought I'd try the same thing but with Sp02 Review v1.5 that I tried it doesnt recognize the oximeter. So far, Sleepyhead has been the only software that recognizes it.

Newb reading oximeter data
Hi all Hope this is ok to post about as I am pre-CPAP for the moment. I have been diagnosed with positional sleep apnea (severe on my back, almost non-existent on my side) so the doctor sent me away to try positional techniques. Despite him telling me not to worry my pretty little head and overcompl...
