Re: Dark Circles / Numbers Update

Hi All. I got the wellue O ring. So no oxygen drops during the night. I’m going to try some adjustments with the pressure settings when I’m feeling up to it. And totally unrelated I got my first covid vaccine shot yesterday, the moderns brand. Thankfully, just a slightly sore arm so far. Thanks again!

Re: Dark Circles / Numbers Update

Wellvue looks like they have one(pulse oximeter) that goes straight to the phone. Runs about 40 bucks so that's in the budget.

Wondering if that works with OSCAR?

Re: Dark Circles / Numbers Update

It's been a long stretch, over 14 years to find something that works relatively well, with not as many side effects. Yes, even at this low dose. Let's just say sleep apnea didn't help. Have an appointment in 2 weeks so I'll revisit the prescription status then. And thank you for your feedback.

Re: Dark Circles / Numbers Update

Thank you Pugsy and Miss Emerita for the replies. Yes, the medication and ocd play a factor in the quality of sleep. That's a whole story in itself, and I appreciate the feedback and links, as well as the personal experiences. I'm going to look into the pulse oximeters as mentioned above. I tried to...

Dark Circles / Numbers Update

Hello and Happy New Year! I'd like to start by thanking those who helped my adjust my settings last year(Pugsy, Pale), I'm getting better sleep, but still have some concerns, and want to make sure the latest "issues" are not related to cpap use. I've included numbers from last night. So here it goes...

Re: Switching cpap machines

Thanks. I’ll leave it at max then as suggested, and previously suggested by the others. 😁

Re: Switching cpap machines

And leaving it Max on the high send is ok? Like I said I was getting alot of 19’s so just leave it at Max? I don’t think I am swallowing any air. Are there any other signs such a high pressure might not be ok?

Re: Switching cpap machines

I did. I was using the elite, and I bought an autoset. The elite set pressure was 15. Now I’m using the autoset at 10 and 20.

Re: Switching cpap machines

Hi All. Could you please take a look at last nights data. I feel kind of tired today. I'm not sure that I slept all that well. I changed the min pressure to 10, and max is 20. I'm really getting up there in terms of pressure. I'm seeing alot of 19's on the graph. Just a reminder my set pressure on t...
