Re: OSCAR rebuilding and oximeter problem

It's 100% manual, including avoiding duplicate imports. I rebuilt because (a) one time I didn't see the imported oximeter data in Daily View until I rebuilt, and (b) I had the impression I was supposed to. Not the first time I've been wrong! I adjust the date and time to match CPAP. Due to the GMT p...

Re: OSCAR rebuilding and oximeter problem

I'm perfectly willing, BD, just let me know how to send it to you. It's 50+MB after compression.

Re: OSCAR rebuilding and oximeter problem

Crashed it again. I imported a CPAP session, then a bunch of .sp02 files, then commanded Data |Rebuild . Unhandled exception at 0x00007FF8E70EAA2C (ntdll.dll) in OSCAR.exe: 0xC0000374: A heap has been corrupted (parameters: 0x00007FF8E7143180). I hit Go in the debugger and against expectation, OSCAR...

OSCAR rebuilding and oximeter problem

First few .sp02 file imports went okay. I wish there was a way to import a group of files, once the timezone glitch is fixed.

OSCAR rebuilding and oximeter problem

Thank you, BD, that got me back my CPAP data. I will next try to import oximeter data from .spo2 files.

Re: OSCAR rebuilding and oximeter problem

I zipped my OSCAR_Data folder, but can't attach it - too large at 54MB. What can I leave out to make a smaller file? If you meant a directory listing, I dumped it into a text file and attached it. Wise_Oscar_Dir.zip When I ran Data | Rebuild, it went through several phases of what I'm used to seeing...

Re: OSCAR rebuilding and oximeter problem

Thank you. I see files there but Debug Pane says it couldn't find one it wanted. It also says "no machines in profile". That sounds dire. Here's a copy and paste of the Debug Pane. What's the next step to recover from this? 00000: Startup: OSCAR Logger initialized 01283: Warning: QMetaObject::connec...

Re: OSCAR rebuilding and oximeter problem

Where does OSCAR save data? I had a mishap this morning and I want to save a copy before doing anything else. I imported one oximeter file, commanded Rebuild, and OSCAR crashed. When I started it again, it acted like there was no data to display. Debug Pane mentioned it failed to read a summary file...

OSCAR Suggestions & Bug reporting

I revisited the UI issue editing the time. I highlight the minutes and type in two digits replacing them. The program accepts that and moves to the right highlighting seconds. And here's where it goes wrong. Both digits are highlighted, but the first digit you type is entered as the second digit, an...

Quick question.. In the event types What does the number in parenthesis mean?
How many there were.

In the event plot, the number is the ordinal number of that particular event, its position in the counting order of 1 to N.

Re: OSCAR rebuilding and oximeter problem

Thanks, BD. I have Visual Studio on that laptop, so if you want to compile a debug version of OSCAR, I might be able to get you better code screenshots. Whatever, just let me know.

OSCAR rebuilding and oximeter problem

IMG_0413.JPG IMG_0414.JPG IMG_0415.JPG Revisited the OSCAR crash. I can reproduce it consistently running natively in Windows. OSCAR 1.0.1-r-1 x64 in Windows 10 x64 Enterprise. Contec CMS50F oximeter with v6.1 firmware. Bring up OSCAR. Import today's CPAP data. Import oximeter data direct from devi...

Re: OSCAR Suggestions & Bug reporting

Speaking of the Sessions bar, there's a minor bug. If you have CPAP Data on day N-1 and only oximeter data on day N, when you scroll to day N, the Sessions bar will display the CPAP sessions of day N-1. It should probably show blank since day N has no CPAP. Or maybe it could display an "oximeter-onl...

Re: OSCAR rebuilding and oximeter problem

I was running OSCAR in a VM because I had the mistaken idea that there was no Mac driver for the oximeter. (I simply forgot to scroll down!) Running OSCAR natively on MacOS, I was able to Rebuild CPAP Data and get graphs again, not just native but in the VM too. (That is, rebuild natively made them ...
