I believe I sleep better when the pressure is at a min of 11. Perhaps I should just leave it there for a while? Or, will my body adapt to the higher pressure?

No, I was not thinking that increased pressure would reduce the CAs, just wasn't sure if I should be trying to reduce the remaining OA/H?
